About Us
Welcome to Young Explorers!
The Young Explorers Program serves Northbrook School District 28's youngest learners with an innovative early childhood program that encourages exploration and skill development through child-centered experiences, building self-confidence and connections between learning and natural environments. The program serves at-risk students, special needs students, and typically developing students in a blended classroom model, five days a week. There is an AM session for ages 3-4, and a PM session for students going into kindergarten the following year.
The program is located within Westmoor School, located at 2500 Cherry Lane in Northbrook.
